The helpline offers direct, on-demand support to local authorities seeking to strengthen resident and community engagement, helping them identify the most appropriate methods of participation, reach different audiences, and turn participation into meaningful results. In addition, local authorities can access personalized advice from specialists in citizen participation, tailored to the specific needs and context of each region.
