2.- Treatment and purposes. Depending on the purpose for which the data are provided, they will be processed for the following purposes:

Contact forms: Contact the sender of the information, respond to your request or inquiry and follow up. The data will be processed on the legal basis of the consent of the person providing it. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing previously carried out. Providing the data is voluntary, but failure to do so will not allow us to respond to the request, query or complaint. Therefore, the communication of your personal data for these purposes is a necessary requirement for us to be able to respond to requests made in this way.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your request, request, inquiry or complaint and give this finally closed. Subsequently, they will be kept as a communications history for a period of one year, unless you request their deletion before.

Registration in contests, events or other activities: Manage your registration in contests, activities or events organized by the BIODIVERSITY FOUNDATION. During the development of the events held, videos or photographs of the attendees may be taken, with the aim of promoting them through the publication of videos and photographs in magazines, social networks or any other similar social media owned by the entity. As a general rule, the images of those affected will be treated in an incidental manner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the image is captured directly and individually of a participant in the organized events we will request your express consent.

The data will be processed on the legal basis of the consent of the person providing the data. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out. Providing the data is voluntary, although, in case of not doing so, it will not be possible to participate in the events, activities or contests organized by the entity or, where appropriate, to publish your image as indicated.

The data will be kept for the duration of the contest, activity or event as well as the promotion of the same and, thereafter, while some kind of legal liability may arise that requires storing your data. In any case, once this obligation has expired, your personal data will be deleted.

CV: In case you send us your CV, we will process it in order to have information of those who wish to do an internship and/or work with us in order to carry out the corresponding personnel selection processes. These data will be kept during the development of the selection processes and, unless you expressly indicate otherwise, even after, for a period of one year from the last update that the person concerned makes of the data, in order to take them into account in similar processes that could be carried out in the future. To this end, the data subject must keep the personal data supplied to us up to date; in particular, the data relating to training and professional experience. The legal basis for the processing of this data is the consent, which is manifested by the sending of the CV, and may be revoked at any time. However, data processing carried out previously will not lose its lawfulness because the consent has been revoked. In addition, further data may be collected during interviews or personnel selection processes, the processing of which is also based on consent.

Social networks: If you become a friend or follower of ours on social networks, we will process your data to keep you informed of our activities and promotions through these channels. These data will be processed on the legal basis of your consent and will be retained for as long as you remain our friend or follower, and you may revoke your consent at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing previously carried out. The fact of providing the data for this purpose is voluntary, although, if you do not do so, you will not be able to be a friend or follower in the social networks that we have.

In those cases in which the user registration is made through social networks, the personal data that we will process will come from the social network in question, to which, previously, the interested party will have provided such data for the purposes set out in their privacy policies. The categories of data that we will collect from the social network in question are those contained in our registration form and that you have provided to that social network. If, in order to proceed with the registration on our website, more data than those provided by the social network are essential, you must additionally complete them in our registration form, subject to the privacy conditions set forth in this clause.

Sending of commercial communications: To send you informative communications regarding acts, events, projects or any type of activity developed by the BIODIVERSITY FOUNDATION, by any means, about the activities and projects developed by the BIODIVERSITY FOUNDATION. In the event that you have a legal relationship with the entity, the BIODIVERSITY FOUNDATION may process your data for commercial purposes based on its legitimate interest in being able to offer participants information about the various activities carried out by the FOUNDATION related to the protection and respect for the environment. However, we remind you that you have the right to object to the processing of your data by any of the means of contact provided for in this clause or by the means provided for in the e-mails you receive.

The data will be kept until the user opposes or revokes his consent.
